Highfield Coachworks is looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our growing team in Exmouth.

We are a well-established car body repair workshop with a strong reputation for quality workmanship. Due to increased demand, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can maintain our high standards.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of panel repairs, from minor damage to more extensive bodywork restoration.

This is a hands-on role within a busy workshop, working both independently and alongside our team.

• Proven experience in panel beating (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and quality of finish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
• Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach
